Senior Operations Manager
About position
Operations are at the heart of VISARIGHT customer service. Each action we undertake is done on behalf of our customers, as our goal is to meet their expectations. We are looking for a proactive individual for a full-time role to work remotely.
Responsibilities
● Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all site operations functions
● Identify and drive positive process improvements for the business
● Systematization and standardization of processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
● Measure and evaluate the departmental goals
● Set up, monitor and measure processes and data to maintain health and safety standards
● Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning
● Setting the right targets and establish KPIs, SLA
● Identify and drive positive process improvements for the business

● Measure and evaluate the departmental goals

About you
● You have multiple years of experience in fast-paced environments in operations-related roles in service providing companies, or senior operator roles in fast-growing start-ups
● You are able to set up customer support ticketing systems including automations, e.g. Help Scout, Intercom
● You operate with a high level of proactivity, ownership, and a get-stuff-done mentality
● You enjoy conceptual and analytical work but are also happy to get your hands dirty every now and then if it's needed to move the company forward
● You are a strong problem solver, able to effectively break down and solve complex problems
● You have honed your written and verbal communication skills, regularly delivering concise content through presentations or written documents
● You have strong time management, prioritization skills and attention to detail
● You are self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude

How we work
VISARIGHT has around 35 people spread over 4+ countries in different time zones. We're a distributed team, though we have offices in Berlin & Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you'll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some "synchronicity" to work well.
