● You have multiple years of experience in fast-paced environments in operations-related roles in service providing companies, or senior operator roles in fast-growing start-ups
● You are able to set up customer support ticketing systems including automations, e.g. Help Scout, Intercom
● You operate with a high level of proactivity, ownership, and a get-stuff-done mentality
● You enjoy conceptual and analytical work but are also happy to get your hands dirty every now and then if it's needed to move the company forward
● You are a strong problem solver, able to effectively break down and solve complex problems
● You have honed your written and verbal communication skills, regularly delivering concise content through presentations or written documents
● You have strong time management, prioritization skills and attention to detail
● You are self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude
